The closely watched election - which comes amid bitter political rivalries - will test the fledgling state's democracy and ability to survive on its own after breaking from decades of brutal Indonesian rule in 2002. More than 522,000 people are eligible to vote in the election, in which eight candidates are vying to replace President Xanana Gusmao for a five-year term. Recently, The News of the World posted quotes from a source that claimed that not only had Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban been trying to get pregnant for months, even using fertility experts, but that Kidman was already pregnant. Nicole Kidman has made it clear that she wants to have a child, but is denying that she is currently pregnant. Wendy Day, the publicist for Nicole Kidman, told the press this week, as quoted by Playfuls.com, that the reports were incorrect. Nicole Kidman spoke through Day, "As if she would confirm a pregnancy to News of the World. She is about to get on a horse in the outback and breaking brumbies (Australian horse). I hardly think she will be able to do that if she is pregnant." Nicole Kidman already has two children that the actress adopted with her former husband Tom Cruise. The kids are named Isabella and Connor and they spend most of their time with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
